Baby car seat fitting/ Mobile car seat fitting

When there is an appointment booked for mobile car seat fitting/ baby car seat fitting the following cancellation policy applie

• more than 72 hours written (email or text message) notice; a $25 booking fee per seat applies
• Between 36 hours and 72 hours written (email or text message) notice; a $35 booking fee per seat applies
• Between 24 hours and 36 hours written notice (email or text message) ; a $45 booking fee per seat applies
• Less than 24 written notice (email or text message) ; No Refund is possible
• Where there has been at least one cancellation previously no refund is possible regardless of the notification period

Capsule Hire / Car seat Hire

If the Supplier is unable to deliver or provide the Equipment, then it may cancel the Hiree’s order (even if it has been accepted) by written notice to the Hiree.

No purported cancellation or suspension of an order or any part of it by the Hiree is binding on the Supplier once the order has been accepted.

Cancellations by the Hiree must be in writing or electronic means,

When more that $50 of the Hire cost is pre-paid, then the following cancellation policy applies –

• more than 72 hours notice but less than 7 days – 50% refund ,
• more than 7 days 100% refund,
• less 72 hours no refund on hire equipment – delivery fees and services 100% refund – only applies to hired product.

When a security deposit is paid, then the following cancellation policy applies –

• more than 14 days 50% refund of the security deposit
• less 14 days notice – no refund of the security deposit

Should the Hiree cancel the Hiree’s order once the order has been delivered then there is no refund on hire equipment, delivery fees and services, however any bond paid; will be refunded

Reschedule policy

When there is an appointment booked for mobile car seat fitting/ baby car seat fitting the following reschedule policy applies

• more than 72 hours written notice (email or text message); a $15 re-booking fee per seat applies
• Between 36 hours and 72 hours written notice(email or text message); a $20 re-booking fee per seat applies
• Between 24 hours and 36 hours written notice (email or text message); a $30 re-booking fee per seat applies
• Less than 24 hours written notice (email or text message); a $40 re-booking fee per seat applies
• where there has been at least one cancellation previously, full payment is required to rebook the appointment.
• where there has been at least one appointment reschedule and then rebooking fee will be $10 more as per the schedule above
