Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Baby Car Seat Fitting / Mobile Car Seat Fitting
When there is an appointment booked for mobile car seat fitting or baby car seat fitting, the following cancellation policy applies:

Where there has been at least one prior cancellation, no refund is possible regardless of the notice period given.
Capsule Hire / Car Seat Hire
If the Supplier is unable to deliver or provide the Equipment, it may cancel the Hiree’s order (even if it has already been accepted) by written notice to the Hiree.
No purported cancellation or suspension of an order, or any part of it, by the Hiree is binding on the Supplier once the order has been accepted.
Cancellations by the Hiree must be made in writing or by electronic means.
Where more than $50 of the hire cost is pre-paid

Where a security deposit is paid

Should the Hiree cancel their order once it has already been delivered, there is no refund on hire equipment, delivery fees, or services — however, any bond paid will be refunded.
Reschedule Policy
When there is an appointment booked for mobile car seat fitting or baby car seat fitting, the following reschedule policy applies:

| Between 36 and 72 hours | $20 per seat |
| Between 24 and 36 hours | $30 per seat |
| Less than 24 hours | $40 per seat |
- Where there has been at least one prior cancellation, full payment is required to rebook the appointment.
- Where there has been at least one prior appointment reschedule, the rebooking fee is $10 more than the schedule above.
