Bookings are essential. Please have your child’s car seat and vehicle ready at the agreed time. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- Please ensure you are within our service area — there is a cancellation fee if we need to cancel because you are outside our service area (more than 20 km from the CBD).
- Our cancellation policy applies when you cancel the appointment immediately after you schedule it.
- There is a reschedule fee when you change the date of the appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
