Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • Please ensure you are within our service area — there is a cancellation fee if we need to cancel because you are outside our service area (more than 20 km from the CBD).
  • Our cancellation policy applies when you cancel the appointment immediately after you schedule it.
  • There is a reschedule fee when you change the date of the appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
