Each installation is allocated 30 minutes, the 30 minutes is taken up by explaining how the child car seat works, you experiencing the use of the child restraint and the actual installation.
Do I need a Child Car Seat Installation Certificate
As an Accredited member of the ACRI, we provide a Certificate of installation. Some hospitals may ask to see the certificate, so keep the certificate in your maternity bag for safe keeping.
Can I install the child car Seat myself

Are all Child restraint fitters the same
NO….. Some Child restraint fitters may have done the course years ago and have not kept their child car seat knowledge up to date, others may have been approved by RACV or VACC or even VIC roads which is a seperate process to ACRI training and not as comprehensive.
