RecommendedThe Comfi is for parents wanting a top rated forward facing restraint which introduces new innovations in safety, comfort and ergonomics. Families wanting a safe comfortable seat, rating high in the CREP report, should select the Comfi. The Infa Secure Comfi has Air Cocoon Technology, to keep your child safer. Anti Submarining by Design
The Comfi caprice child restraint includes a simple seat-belt path, and a unique anti-submarining technology, resulting in a very safe, and comfortable convertible booster seat.
INFA have incorporated a ‘pommel’ design into the seat base, and the air-bag-like blow molded construction acts in a similar way to air bags.
The sloped surface results in a larger downward force, rather than lateral, decelerating the child and reducing forward motion and submarining.
The Comfi features a high, blow molded backrest with large side wings for enhanced side impact protection. The recline position for your child’s comfort.
The Comfi Caprice also comes with an adjustable, removable headrest pad, a plush extra seat pad, shoulder strap pads and crotch buckle pad.
The Infa Secure Comfi is a forward facing restraint, and can be used with the in-built harness from approximately 6 months through to 4 years old. Once your child reaches the middle shoulder height marker, you can convert the Comfi into a booster seat.
Booster Mode
In booster seat mode, the anti-submarine designed arm rests, work in tandem with the new base; keeping the lap belt down across your child’s lap. The included Safe-Grip Belt Clamp ensures the lap belt does not ride up into your child’s abdominal area.
